The Town Auditors examine, pursuant to RSA 41:31, the accounts of the Stoddard Selectmen, Treasurer, Clerk, Tax Collector, Trustee of the Trust Funds, Cemetery Commission, and Library Trustees and any other agents handling municipal funds at the close of each fiscal year (June 30), and other times as necessary, and report on the accuracy of those accounts.
The term of office of the auditors is for one year from the date of the May Town Meeting.
